Activity
As an IT specialist, you can take on a wide range of tasks in our IT department in our various teams. At the Service Desk, you will advise and help colleagues with issues relating to our internal systems, set up new hardware and, as first level support, be the first point of contact for problems and errors of all kinds. Depending on your area of specialization, you will then be assigned different tasks in infrastructure and network technology (keyword: Active Directory), the area of business processes or digital production. For example, you will program databases (Industry 4.0), regulate the internal firewall, manage user accounts and access authorizations or map processes in our software systems. There is also the opportunity to work in our branches in the USA and China after completing your training.

As an IT specialist, there are many paths open to you, for example through further training, additional qualifications or a subsequent course of study. Depending on your interests and strengths, different specializations are possible, preparing you for a career as a specialist expert or manager. Examples of this include further training as a technician, business administrator or software developer.
