Your tasks
- Technical and disciplinary management of employees in the IT department
- Continuous further development of assigned employees and department processes (internationalization / service orientation)
- Operation of the service desk, as well as the network and server infrastructure, collaboration platforms and systems for connecting production IT
- Implementation of projects for the further development/ new introduction of services in the area of service desk/ network/ server/ digital production
- Development and implementation of IT security standards/risk management
- Definition and monitoring of compliance with IT standards for client hardware, IT infrastructure (server, LAN, WLAN), IT infrastructure (software)
- IT budget planning and management
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable IT training with professional experience
- Several years of professional and management experience
- Strong IT skills with a strategic and structured way of working
- High level of communication skills and assertiveness
- Initiative, ability to work in a team and resilience
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel
