Your tasks
- Management and strategic development of the project management department
- Responsibility for the planning, management and successful implementation of complex projects
- Management, motivation and further development of an interdisciplinary team
- Budget and resource management and project quality assurance
- Interface function between various departments and external partners
- Ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project targets
- Carrying out risk analyses and proactively solving project problems
- Creation of reports and presentations, e.g. for the management
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical studies (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.) or comparable
- Sound professional experience and extensive knowledge of project management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Preferably initial management experience
- Sound knowledge of common project management methods (e.g. Agile)
- Leadership skills, especially in leading interdisciplinary teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, initiative and a structured way of working
- Very good communication skills, conflict management and assertiveness as well as business fluency in German and English
