To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager who will be responsible for supporting and developing our customer relationships in the medical technology sector, where there is a growing need for customized solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers as well as maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
Your tasks
- Support and expansion of the customer base in the medical technology sector
- Identification and development of new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Development of individual solutions and offers in close cooperation with our development team
- Carrying out market analyses and observing the competition
- Representation of RAPA Healthcare at public events and trade fairs
Your profile
- Completed degree in economics, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in sales
- Specialist knowledge in the field of valve technology and fluidics is an advantage
- Industry and market knowledge from the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry
- Strong customer orientation and negotiating skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and good English skills
