Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- You provide ongoing support for our Key Account Managers – this includes coordinating the preparation of quotations, sample dispatch, meeting deadlines and the
direct customer communication. - You create and prepare analyses, key figures and monthly reports independently
- Active support in the planning and implementation of trade fairs, business trips and customer visits
- They ensure that all necessary communication flows function efficiently: Meetings, reporting, knowledge sharing and team discussions
- Direct support of the Managing Director in administrative and operational tasks, such as scheduling, correspondence, preparation of meetings and presentations as well as
the takeover of special projects - You are a member of our marketing team and contribute to the implementation of our social media strategy
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or studies in business, marketing or a related field
- Comparable professional experience, ideally in sales/management assistance
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills at all levels of a company
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and MS Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
