Your tasks
- Ensuring a smooth production process in the shift to meet the planned quality, productivity and deadlines
- Independent coordination of the entire assembly area in coordination with the assembly management
- Coordinating and supporting the induction of new employees
- Close cooperation with assembly management on shift incidents, inventory differences, information on store floor management
- Coordination of troubleshooting with root cause analysis during the shift
- Measurement, assessment and documentation of processes and characteristics
- Logging of shift handovers; contact person in the event of faults; quality responsibility within the shift
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the industrial-technical field (metal, electronics) or corresponding experience in industrial production
- Experience in the operation and management of fully automated assembly systems
- Willingness to work shifts in a rolling system
- Flexibility and commitment
- Enjoy complex technical processes
- Confident knowledge of German
