How does it feel to complete your apprenticeship with such a great result?
It feels really great to finish my apprenticeship with such a great result. The last few years have been very instructive and also challenging, but I have learned a lot, both professionally and personally. The good result shows me that the commitment and effort have paid off and it motivates me to continue to give my best and develop professionally.
What did you enjoy most about your apprenticeship at RAPA?
I particularly liked the fact that I had the opportunity to get to know so many departments at RAPA. This meant that the apprenticeship was never boring and I got a really good overview of the different processes. It was also great to be able to work on so many projects - it showed me how varied and exciting the work here is.
Was there a project or product that you are particularly proud of?
No, there isn't really one particular project. But I thought it was great to be able to work on many different tasks and learn something new everywhere. I particularly liked the variety and the opportunity to always experience something new.
What will you take away from your apprenticeship for the future?
The main thing I've taken away from my apprenticeship is that you never stop learning. There are always new topics, tasks and challenges that allow you to grow. I also learned not to be afraid of new things. On the contrary: change often offers the best opportunities for further development.
What's next for you - will you stay with RAPA?
For the time being, I will continue at RAPA. I want to gain professional experience here and continue to develop professionally. I feel very comfortable in my department, so I'm looking forward to remaining part of the team for a while longer.
Do you have any advice for future trainees?
I would advise future trainees to be open-minded and not to be afraid of new tasks. You learn an incredible amount if you dare to try things out and ask questions.
