ISO 9001
The quality management standard ISO 9001 is the most widely used standard in quality management nationally and internationally. As a company, we are committed to implementing and maintaining a documented quality management system (QM system) that is anchored in our organization. ISO 9001 certification is a clear sign of our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

IATF 16949
Certification according to IATF 16949:2016, the standard for QM systems in the automotive industry, is a mandatory requirement for inclusion in the supplier base of automobile manufacturers and their suppliers. By achieving certification, RAPA sees an increase in performance and responsibility for implementing customer requirements in a quality and targeted manner. Benchmarking and optimizing our processes are key qualifications for further milestones in our success.

ISO 13485
ISO 13485 is an independent standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It defines requirements for the quality management system (QMS) of companies in the medical technology industry (medtech) and is based on the well-known and widely used ISO 9001 standard.

TISAX
TISAX stands for “Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange” and is an information security standard developed by the automotive industry. The information security label TISAX® is increasingly becoming a decisive factor in staying in business with OEMs and is a prerequisite for being commissioned by the automotive industry. The TISAX® audits were carried out at the company headquarters in Selb and at the US location in Auburn. RAPA completed the new TISAX® testing process straight away and is now one of the successfully tested service providers for the German automotive industry. We were certified as having a very high level of security in the areas of information security, data protection and prototype protection.

ISO 14001
The international standard ISO 14001 stands for the implementation and compliance of an environmental management system. RAPA has set itself the goal of implementing environmental protection beyond the binding obligations.

EMAS validation
RAPA is not only certified according to the environmental standard ISO 14001, but is also registered in the European EMAS register. This regulation requires continuous improvement in environmental performance, which is recorded in the annually updated environmental statement.
